Media Summit is Tomorrow!

Hey everybody the Media Summit is almost here! We have a lot going on. Check the communications office and you'll see Elvis and James Dean in their 3D glasses promoting the SONY 3D demonstration which is to be held in the Campus Center.

Also be on the look out in your dining halls, we have students handing out information there as well.

Remember the Media Summit is tomorrow October 14th at 3PM in the Sheldon Ballroom.
You can check the Class Schedule page to see which classes the panelists will be visiting and feel free to drop on in. :)

The classrooms will be visited at 9:35 and 11:35 on Thursday, October 14th.
There are plenty off classes that are being visited, check the schedule and even if it's not your classroom, you can stop by and sit in if seating is available.

Comm Students Extra Credit!!

This week you may have seen some student speakers in your class room talking about this years Media Summit and corresponding with your Comm or Brc professors to offer EXTRA CREDIT for coming to the Media Summit. Guys if the Media Summit isn't motivation enough to come then maybe the extra credit will be?!??

These Media Industry professionals are coming to Oswego to see you guys, talk with you about the digital media future. Why would you miss such a Golden Opportunity? Get on down to the Media Summit October 14th in the Sheldon Ballroom @ 3PM!!!!

New Panelist

We have confirmed a new panelist for this years Lewis B. O'Donnell Media Summit.
Dr. Jon Landis from Apple Computer
He is the Education Development Executive for Apple Computer in the Northeast U.S.
He gives a lot of Educational Seminars involving today's latest technology and the classroom.
We are delighted to add him as the final panelist for the 2010 Media Summit.

SONY 3D Demonstration

We have confirmed this year that SONY will be doing a 3D demonstration with a 50' television. 3D glasses will be provided on location. Also be on the look out in your resident dining halls for celebrities such as Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley and James Dean!! They should be arriving the same day as the media summit.
